ONE one-on-one coaching session per week.
(Suitable for people who are able to complete an additional 2-3 training sessions on their own per week)
TWO one-on-one coaching sessions per week.
(Suitable for people who are able to complete an additional 1-2 training sessions on their own per week)
THREE one-on-one coaching sessions per week.
(Suitable for people who need support for every training session)
**Outcome guarantee: 12week commitment minimum. Must have attended at least 90% of assigned sessions over the 12 week period.
